About
About AI For Leaders
The independent issuer behind the Chief AI Leader certifications.
Chief AI Leader by AI For Leaders was founded on 1 January 2026 by Adam Danyal and Julia Danyal. We run an online certification program with two exam-based credentials, Certified AI Leader and Certified Chief AI Leader, built for executives, directors and managers who lead AI without a technical background. We write every lesson, maintain the exam banks, issue the credentials and run the public verification register.

Meet the founders
Two people write, teach and stand behind every lesson.
“I built these certifications for the leaders I kept meeting who were drowning in AI hype but starving for a plan they could defend in a boardroom. Every lesson is what I'd hand my own exec team.”
What we do
One team writes the lessons, runs the exams and issues the credentials.
We write the lessons
Every lesson is written by the founders in plain English. Most take three to eight minutes, and the reading lessons include short checks that are graded on our servers, and the answers are checked instantly.
We run the exams
The exam is scenario-based, timed and graded instantly, with a per-topic breakdown. The full list of module and lesson titles is published on the credential pages, so you can judge the substance before you pay.
We issue and verify the credentials
Every credential carries a unique ID in the form CAIL-2026-A1B2C3D4E5 or CCAIL-2026-A1B2C3D4E5, printed on the certificate. Anyone can check it on the verification page in seconds, with no login.
What the credentials are, and are not
We would rather you know exactly what you are buying.
They are
- ✓Independent professional certifications
- ✓Earned by passing a timed, scenario-based exam
- ✓Valid for life, with no renewal fee
- ✓Publicly verifiable by ID, with no login
They are not
- ✕Accredited by a government, ANSI, a CPD body or an ISO/IEC 42001 body
- ✕University certificates
- ✕Governance credentials for compliance roles
A credential is revoked only if the purchase is refunded, including by chargeback, or the exam was passed through misrepresentation. Its verification page then shows it as revoked.
