Refund policy

The rule

Every purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, valid while less than 10% of the course is completed. Both conditions are measured automatically: 7 days means 168 hours from the moment of purchase, and completion is your lesson-completion percentage, whichever is highest at any point (completing lessons and later revisiting them does not lower it).

How to get a refund

Sign in and open chiefaileader.com/refund. Your eligibility and completion percentage are shown next to each purchase. Answer three short questions (they help us improve, and they are never used to decline an eligible refund) and the refund is issued immediately to your original payment method. No calls, no human approval. Banks typically show the money within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens after

• Access to the refunded certification ends immediately.
• For team purchases, all seats on the order are ended and the whole order is refunded. Team orders are refundable only while no claimed seat has reached 10% completion.
• An issued certificate ends refund eligibility for that purchase.
• If a purchase that granted a certification is refunded anyway (an admin exception, or a chargeback), that certification is revoked and its public verification page says so.
• One refund per purchase; refunds are always for the full amount paid.

Outside the window

Past 7 days or 10% completion, the automatic system will decline. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email [email protected] and a human will look at it.
