Who we are

Chief AI Leader (chiefaileader.com) is an online certification program operated by AI For Leaders (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the site you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A certification program: interactive course content, an assessed online exam, and, on passing, a certificate verifiable at our public verification page. Access is personal to your account, begins immediately after payment, and lasts for the lifetime of the product, including curriculum updates. Team purchases grant one seat per quantity bought: the buyer's own seat activates immediately, and each remaining seat is claimed by one teammate via an invite link.

What the certification is (and isn't)

Certified AI Leader and Certified Chief AI Leader are independent professional certifications issued by AI For Leaders. They attest that the holder completed the program and passed its exam. We make no government-accreditation claims, and passing does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice for any specific decision.

Fair use

• One account per person; don't share logins or resell access.
• Course materials are for your personal professional use. Downloadable templates may be used within your organization, not republished or resold.
• Exams must be completed by the account holder. We may revoke certificates obtained through misrepresentation; revocation shows on the public verification page. If the purchase that granted a certification is refunded, including by chargeback, that certification is revoked and its verification page says so.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once (no subscription). The refund policy (7 days while under 10% completed, automatic) is set out in full at chiefaileader.com/refunds and forms part of these terms.

Liability

We provide the program with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes & law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales, though email us first; almost everything is solvable faster that way.
