Partner program terms

The program

The Chief AI Leader partner program (the “program”) is run by AI For Leaders (“we”, “us”). Applying from chiefaileader.com/affiliates and ticking the box means you accept these terms. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. A partner account is personal to you and cannot be transferred.

The commission

• You earn 30% of the amount a buyer actually pays for the Chief AI Leader Program through your link, after any discount. Taxes, payment fees and refunded amounts are not part of it.
• A sale is yours when your link is the last tracked link the buyer clicked in the 30 days before buying. Our own campaign links count as tracked links; search engines, AI assistants and direct visits do not.
• A commission is pending for 7 days, the refund window, and then approves. A commission is reversed if the order is refunded or disputed, whenever that happens; if it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• Approved commissions are paid monthly, on the 1st, once your approved balance is $100 or more, by PayPal or Stripe to the account on your dashboard. Smaller balances roll over. You are responsible for keeping the payout details correct.
• We may change the rate, the window or the minimum with 30 days notice by email. A change never applies to a commission already earned.

What you may not do

• No self-purchase: a commission on an order placed with your own account, email or payment method, or on behalf of your own organization, is not paid.
• No paid ads on our brand: no search, social or display advertising on “Chief AI Leader”, “AI For Leaders”, our domains or misspellings of them, and no ads that send traffic to our site directly.
• No coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites, and no listing of your link on them.
• No spam: no unsolicited email or direct messages, no comment spam, no bought or automated traffic, and no cookie stuffing or hidden links.
• No misleading claims about the program, the certifications, the price or what a buyer will get. Describe it as the site describes it.
• No impersonation. You may call yourself a “Chief AI Leader partner” or an “official partner” only once approved, and never present yourself as AI For Leaders or as an employee of ours.

Disclosure

You must disclose the relationship wherever you share your link, as the US Federal Trade Commission requires and as the UK rules require too. A clear line close to the link is enough: “I am a Chief AI Leader partner: if you enroll through my link I earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.”

Tax

You are responsible for your own tax on commissions. We pay the full amount and withhold nothing, and we may ask for the details a payout provider or tax authority requires before paying.

Ending the arrangement

You can stop at any time; approved commissions are still paid out on the normal schedule. We may pause or end a partner account for a breach of these terms, and a breach forfeits unpaid commissions earned through it. We may also close the program on 30 days notice, in which case every approved commission is paid.

Everything else

These terms sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy, which apply to your account like any other. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions go to [email protected]; almost everything is solvable faster that way.
